It is fully managed by Xymbolic Development Ltd in partnership with YieldRise Africa Ltd. Expert agronomists and NIFOR consultants oversee operations.
Why is there a 30% management fee?
The fee covers all planting, labor, maintenance, harvesting, processing, and administration. You don't pay out-of-pocket for these operations.
When will I start earning?
You typically begin earning in the 4th year. Trees take 2-3 years to fruit, followed by commercial production.
Can I visit my land?
Yes! You can visit at any time. We also organize periodic group visits for landowners to tour the estate.
Can I sell my land later?
Yes, it is your asset. You can sell, transfer, or will it. Palm City retains a Right of First Refusal to ensure management continuity.
